It uses stories, quotes, cartoons, and lots of questions and tips to help you be more curious and thoughtful, wherever you are on your journey to making changes. This workbook was developed by the Centre for Addictions Research of BC.

You and Substance Use (2011) replaces the Problem Substance Use Workbook (2004) that used to be on this web site. This resources builds on the best pieces of the previous edition.
