About HM|HC

As a collective with a common domain of concern and mutual interest in improving its practice in that area, HM|HC came to adopt and attempted to apply a socio-ecological holistic health promotion approach to its efforts. It strove to enable its campus communities to better equip their members individually and jointly to manage and elevate their personal and interpersonal wellbeing by enhancing their shared relational and structural environment to be more conducive to thriving and flourishing, integrity and integration. For HM|HC, this endeavor called for an egalitarian collaborative orientation in determining and implementing actions, with dialogue (attentive reciprocal learning conversations) crucial to enable inclusive and cohesive progress in transforming campus conditions and culture.
